3. Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes, you can! Mint Taxi allows you to schedule a ride ahead of time, making it easy to plan your travel in advance. Whether it's for an important appointment, airport pickup, or any other event, simply choose your preferred time, and we'll ensure your ride is ready when you need it.

4. How do I rate my driver or experience?

After each ride, you'll have the opportunity to rate your driver and leave feedback. Your ratings help us maintain a high standard of service, and any comments you share are always appreciated.

5. Can I bring pets with me?

If you order a pet ride, you'll be matched with a driver who is happy to transport you and your pet. This option ensures that your driver is prepared to provide a comfortable and safe ride for both you and your pet. Please make sure your pet is well-behaved and secured for the ride, and enjoy the journey with peace of mind!

6. Can I cancel my ride after booking?

You can cancel your ride at no charge up within two minutes from ordering, if cancelled later a cancellation fee will apply to cover the driver's time and effort.

7. Are rides available at all times of the day?

Yes, Mint operates 24/7, so whether you need a ride in the middle of the night or during rush hour, we've got you covered. You can book a ride anytime, anywhere.

8. What if I forget something in the car?

If you forget an item in the car, don't worry! You can contact our support team right away through WhatsApp or website. We'll help coordinate with your driver to return your lost item as quickly as possible.

9. How do I know when my ride has arrived?

Once your driver has arrived, you'll receive a notification through the app with the car's details (make, model, and license plate number). You can also track your driver's real-time location to ensure a smooth pickup.

10. Can I use Mint for corporate or business rides?
