Welcome to Mint Taxi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mint Taxi mobile application (the "App") provided by Mint Taxi ("we," "us," or "our"). 4. Services Provided

Mint Taxi provides ride-hailing services exclusively through the App, allowing users to request transportation services from licensed taxi drivers. The services are available in specific cities or regions, and availability may vary based on your location.

Ride Requests: You can only request a ride through the Mint Taxi App, and the closest available driver will be assigned to you.

Pricing: The fare for each ride is calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and applicable taxes. Pricing details are available within the App before confirming your ride request.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the services.

Use the App for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Treat drivers and other users with respect and not engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or discriminatory.

Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or engaging in any disruptive behavior during your ride.

Not hold Mint Taxi or its drivers liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during your ride, except as provided by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity while using the App.

Use the App to request rides for any purpose other than personal transportation.

Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behavior toward drivers, other passengers, or Mint Taxi employees.

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the App.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mint Taxi's liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mint Taxi, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any activities that occur through your account.

10. Termination

11. Force Majeure

Mint Taxi shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or any other event of force majeure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
